Student HealthQuest, an interactive program, has been created to provide useful information about important mental and physical health topics. The program is designed to help you make informed choices about these issues and acquaint you with the resources available at Frostburg State University. We want to spark your interest in topics that matter. And maybe you'll reflect a little bit about what you've learned. Remember: You're part of an interconnected community, and there are many tools available to help you succeed. Student HealthQuest consists of nine modules that will be available throughout the school year. Stay tuned for information about the following topics:
